Introduction

This series of products is mainly designed for large-surface rough machining of 2.5D and 3D glass, as well as outer contour processing. The design of the machine involves 4 spindles for milling. The multi-channel machine can independently control the raising and lowering of the spindle, and adopts a direct coupling mechanical spindle design. Spindle with high cutter torque, which is a big advantage when roughing brittle and hard materials such as glass.

The main parameters

Features:


1. Three axes use precision ground ball screws.
2. The thread of screw is 16mm and the static load reaches 16360kgf and 6050kgf respectively.
3. The lead screw has preload setting to eliminate backlash.

Laser control of the machine tool accuracy 


1. The machines have undergone strict laser control to ensure the positioning accuracy and repeatability of the machine tool.


2. To determine Ballbar exact positioning in a circle of Ø 300 mm, the error limit is required to be within 0.012 mm, which ensures the accuracy and verticality of each axis.

Comparison with machine tools from other manufacturers

Machine tools from other manufacturers use HSKE32 electric spindles. The torque and power of the spindle at low speeds are small. When roughing large areas, they are affected by the performance of the spindle and the cutting efficiency is low.

The spindle motor of MK-1050 has high torque at low speed and high motor power, which is suitable for rough machining of large areas.
