III. High speed vertical machining center: MKV850

Technical advantages

1. Rapid positioning: 48m/min, maximum axis acceleration 1.0G, shortens processing positioning time and effectively improves processing efficiency.

2. Spindle: 10,000 rpm spindle speed with direct connection, to ensure the stability of high-speed cutting and no transmission loss as with belt drive.

3. Tool-to-tool changing speed: 1.9S; Tool capacity: 24T.

4. Maximum rigid tapping speed: 5000rpm; tool double speed retreat in rigid tapping effectively increases rigid tapping speed.

Product features:

 

  • The three-axis stroke superimposed moving column structure of the whole machine can realize the positioning and tool exchange of the three axes, the main axis and the additional axis while the worktable is rotating. It saves the time of changing the working table, realizes no-stop processing, and improves the processing time efficiency.

Design advantages
