Machine Features:
1. The main part of the machine’s bed has a gantry design to ensure the stable, high-speed and high-precision operation of the CNC machine.
2. Made of high-strength castings and subjected to stress relief annealing and natural aging treatment, the bed accuracy is long-lasting and stable.
3. The machine uses a high-performance synchronous motor spindle with built-in permanent magnets and inverter-type cooling. The synchronous motor spindle with built-in permanent magnets reduces the power consumption and heat generation of the spindle. This improves the accuracy and stability of the spindle and ensures high-speed and high-precision processing.
4. Mobile working table, lightweight design, small inertia when moving during processing, fast response.
5. The three axes use precision screws and linear guides to improve the processing and positioning accuracy of the machine.
6. The ring spray device sprays cutting fluid to the tool from all sides at the same time. The tool is evenly stressed and has good cooling effect, improving the surface processing effect of the part.
7. The grease lubrication system has replaced the traditional liquid lubrication device. This system can effectively extend the life cycle of key components, reduce oil consumption and extend the service life of coolant, thereby reducing environmental pollution.
Design features
1. Considering the rigidity of the machine structure, a lightweight casting head is designed to reduce the load on the motor in the Z axis.
2. The machine is equipped with a 36,000 rpm spindle and HSK tool holder to meet the requirements of high-speed cutting.
3. The machine is equipped with an automatic grease lubrication system with squeezing out a certain amount of grease, a feed screw and an automatic lubrication guide.
4. The columns are integrated into a common portal framework, which effectively improves the stability of the entire mechanism.
5. The rotary slide support is designed to bring the spindle to the column, reduce the protrusion of the spindle and increase the rigidity of the Z axis.
6. The combination of low center of gravity and cross-gantry beam design ensures low vibration and high rigidity.
7. The large slope of the base makes chip removal more convenient.
8. The machine is made of HT300 cast iron.
9. The machine is equipped with tool control function, which can automatically adjust the tool length.
